Welcome to Treandora. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our modern dropshipping and reseller platform, operational dashboards, and backend supply chain fulfillment services within Sri Lanka.
By registering an account, interacting with our catalog, or driving sales through our network, you establish a binding legal agreement to comply fully with the operating rules outlined below.
"Every reseller is independently responsible for protecting their login credentials and accurately forwarding customer addresses. Fraudulent orders, intentionally fake customer bookings, or abusive market manipulation will lead to immediate profile termination."
You must provide true, current, and verifiable information during onboarding. Users must be at least 18 years old or operating under explicit guardian supervision to leverage our dropshipping toolkits.
Resellers define their final consumer-facing pricing models. However, you agree not to drop prices lower than specified baseline floor rules designed to protect overall market ecosystem health.
While Treandora executes product packaging, operational processing, and delivery handoffs, we are not legally accountable for unexpected regional shipment delays outside of direct administrative control.
Payouts are processed weekly. Calculated sums are sent via domestic banking transfers only. Profit balances resulting from customer order returns or cancellations will be deducted appropriately.
You receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to use product photos, design mockups, and marketing copy available in our catalog exclusively for promoting Treandora items.
We reserve absolute rights to suspend profiles violating commercial trust policies. These terms operate under the jurisdiction of the legal regulations of democratic systems in Sri Lanka.
